Identified Issues:

This occurs on the following:

1. Unable to run reports in preview pdf format view.
2. Detail View window does not appear.

To set TimeStar to be allowed to open windows on a pop-up browser blocker, please follow the instructions below:

For Chrome:

1. On the top right, look for the window with a red X and click on it.
2. Click the ‘Always allow pop-ups and redirects from https://’
3. Click the Done button once done.

Please refresh the page for changes to take effect by clicking on the refresh button in the upper left of your browser window.

Firefox

1. On the top left, click the Options button where it says, ‘Firefox prevented this site from…’
2. Click ‘Allow pop-ups for ‘mytimestar.com.’
   • • Note: Your url may be different than mytimestar.com
3. Please refresh the page for changes to take in effect by clicking on the refreshbutton in the upper left of your web browser.
