Identified Issues:

  • Terminated employees do not appear on reports

If not yet on the Generate Reports page, follow the steps in the “Navigating to the Generate Reports Page” section.

1. Select the desired report to run

2. Update the Date Range field(s) if necessary

3. Locate the Filters section below

  • Typical filters include:
      • Employee
      • Home Org Level
      • Pay Group

Set the filter to run the report on either the Pay Group or Home Org Level to have terminated employees data included for the report Date Range.

In the example below, the report will run on all employees, including terminated, in the Company ABC Glass.  Any XYZ Turbine employees will be excluded.

NOTE: If you do not have access to the needed filters, please reach out to TimeStar Support for assistance.

4. Update the remaining fields as necessary for your data needs

5. Click Generate

To save the report as a USER REPORT, follow the steps in the Create Saved User Report page.

After saving as a USER REPORT, one can share the report out to others as well.  This will be saved as a SHARED REPORT.  To create a SHARED REPORT, follow the steps listed on the Share Saved Report section.
