Following the end-of-life notification for the IT31 clock, Grosvenor Technology is announcing the IT31 clock has reached its end-of-service (EoS), effective November 2023.

The following products and any associated modules are affected by this EoS announcement:

All manufacturer support for the products covered by this EoS announcement ended November 2023. Support includes the following:

• Phone and email support for any issues with the product,

• Firmware and application updates,

• Support for the IT31 within Custom Exchange, AssistIT,

• Note: IT31s will never connect to GTConnect.

Any service contracts or extended warranties for the IT31 will continue to be effective until the end of the contract period. Existing contracts for IT31 devices under replacement warranty will provide GT4 clocks as a direct replacement.
