If you have recently renamed or moved your LDAP server, follow the steps below to update your TimeStar system to allow for LDAP login:
1. Look for where the TimeStar installation folder is and navigate to the PHP page. Below is an example of where the PHP folder is located.
- C:\Program Files\Delphia\TE\PHP <– Depending on when your system was installed, Delphia may be substituted with Insperity.
The above folder location is true in many cases, however your file path may differ. It could exist on a drive other than C: or is sometimes installed in the Program Files (x86) folder.
2. Next, look for the php.ini file, right-click on it, and click edit.
3. Look for te.ldap_domain and te.ldap_organization and update the domain to the new name.
4. Click ![]()
If you have multiple servers handling your Windows Security needs, you can have multiple LDAP servers listed by seperating them with a semicolon. For example: te.ldap_organization = @myco.com;@yourco.myco.com
