User Login Error – 502 Gateway Error

502 Gateway Error:

This error message occurs when there is a permission conflict with the user’s security profile. This typically occurs when more than one security group membership has been assigned to an employee.

  1. Navigate to Security Setup > User Security.
  2. Select the affected employee in the Employee Drop Down list.
  3. Scroll down to the employee’s Group Membership.
  4. If they have more than one group membership, remove one of them from left to right.
  5. Click the Save  button once done.
